What You Can Automate

How Workflows Work

Each workflow has:

1. Trigger — What starts the workflow (e.g., "New application submitted")
2. Conditions — Optional filters (e.g., "Only for applications to Program X")
3. Actions — What happens (e.g., "Send email to reviewer", "Move to Under Review")
